The Local Planning Panel decided to approve the development application for 17 Randle Street, Surry Hills, subject to the conditions of consent identified in the business paper.

The panel recorded that there were no objections to the development application for 14 and 16 Trinity Avenue, Dawes Point and that the applicants’ representatives expressed support for the council's decision.
